Johnson’s Baby Powder, one of the most popular products containing talcum powder, may increase the risk of ovarian cancer when used for feminine hygiene. Talc is a mineral that is Known to embed itself into cells and is found within cancerous tumors.
talcum powder lawsuit
Most medical studies have found that that talc-based powders, when used for long periods of time by women around their private parts or sprinkle on their undergarments and sanitary pads to keep their groin area comfortable, dry, odor free, and free from chafing, can be associated with ovarian cancer.
In 2014 Johnson & Johnson found itself as the subject of two lawsuits, both that claimed the pharmaceutical giant was responsible for giving women ovarian cancer through the talc in the popular Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder and in their Shower to Shower line.
If you or a loved one was diagnosed with ovarian cancer after using the tac-based Johnson & Johnson powder products for feminine hygiene, please contact us today.

Xarelto, (generically known as Rivaroxaban) is prescribed to prevent blood clots and protect patients from strokes.  It is a blood-thinner that is now know to cause uncontrollable bleeding, even from a seemingly minor cut, because the patients' blood does not properly clot.  This is a dangerous and possibly fatal side effect and there is no cure.
A lawsuit has filed against the manufactures Bayer AG and Janssen(Johnson & Johnson), the makers of Xarelto.  The lawsuit alleges the makers of Xarelto did not sufficiently warn patients about the risks associated with the drug.
If you or a loved one have experienced damages, injuries, or a loss due to the drug Xarelto, please contact us and have the team at Micheal Smith evaluate your claim.
